The Army Inter Unit Swimming Championships 2024 took place in Aldershot on 16 Oct. We had a good turn out of teams from both the Major and Minor Units, with a new format of Open and Female teams this year.
For the Minor Units, 8 Training Battalion REME took the Overall win in the Open competition with East Midlands UOTC close behind. In the Female competition East Midlands UOTC managed to take the Overall win with JHG (N) coming in as runners up.
For the Major Units, Allied Rapid Reaction Corps HQ came in top of the Open competition and in the Female competition 1 Med Regt took the win with Royal College Defence Medicine coming in as a close runner up.
Congratulations to all the Individual race winners too and thank you to all who came and took part.
